- Name the fruit that grew on Dharmadev’s farm? Have you ever seen or tasted that fruit? Has any family member ever tasted it?
- Rampratapbhai and Ghanshyam were waiting for the jackfruits to ripen before they picked them from the tree. However, the thieves decided to steal them. Discuss what happens from the time they entered the farm.
- One should never steal. Do you remember the Satsang Diksha shloka numbers that state ‘not to steal?’ (Shloka 31 & 32)
- Write out the shlokas in your book and recite them. Learn them by heart by the end of the week.
- Dharmadev and family along with the villagers made grand preparations for the Diwali Annakut festival. Make a list of food items and other preparations they did.
- Discuss what preparations you all did at your home as a family for last Diwali.
- During the Aarti, everyone had the darshan of Ghanshyam in two forms. Discuss how everyone must have felt at the time.
- Why did Dharmadev offer a big plate filled with all the food items to Ghanshyam?
Activity - Offer your bhakti to Ghanshyam:
- Imagine you were present at Dharmadev and Bhaktimata’s home on the morning of Diwali Annakut festival. Write down all the things you would do to help during these preparations. What one food item would you make for the annakut? On a piece of paper draw out your food item. Ask everyone in the family to join in.
Summary: Whether God shows his powers, miracles, divinity or not, one should always follow his commands and offer bhakti with utmost love.
